The Challenge
Prag News is one of Northeast India’s most visited digital news platforms. The portal experienced extreme traffic spikes during breaking regional news events, causing slow load times, high server resource usage, and ad revenue loss.
The Engineering Solution
Engineered backend caching layers in PHP, optimized MySQL database queries, configured server-level response caching in Plesk/Apache, and restructured dynamic asset delivery to achieve sub-second load times under high concurrent visitor loads.
